A delicious and sweet coffee liqueur recipe that I am sure everyone will enjoy is the 'Caffe Amaretto'.
This originally comes from Lombardy, as Amaretto liquer was invented in a city called Saronno, close to Milan.
ingredients needed :
- 2 espresso shots of Tramoni Coffee (Check out our Tramoni Premium blend)
- Can of whipped cream ( Chantilly cream, available in most supermarkets)
- 2 tablespoons of brown demerara sugar
- 2 tablespoons of AMARETTI LIQUEUR (Amaretti di Saronno or similar)
Step 1
Take a latte cup and put it under the coffee machine, brewing 2 pods worth.
Step 2
Put 2 tablespoons worth of Amaretti liqueur into the Latte cupAdd the brown sugar and mix well
Step 3
Spray the whipped cream on the top (gently, in order to fill the top of the cup).
Extra Option:
You can add chocolate powder on top
